Crossroads Treatment Center Suffolk

Located in Holland Plaza with easy access to Highway 58 and Highway 13, Crossroads Treatment Center Suffolk offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across the Hampton Roads Metropolitan Area, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. Bus line Y stops just outside the building and on-site parking is available.
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Suffolk offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Methadone (dosed under supervision). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
