Crossroads Treatment Center Oak Ridge

Located in the Grove Shopping Center near N Illinois Avenue and the Oak Ridge Turnpike, Crossroads Treatment Center offers outpatient opioid treatment for clients across Anderson County, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial insurance. On-site parking is available.
Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Oak Ridge offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol (injections), as well as Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in counseling using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), care coordination, and peer support, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
