Crossroads 360, with locations in Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona, provide comprehensive, high quality, empathetic, and affordable services that are personally tailored to the client’s unique needs. The services offered include comprehensive health assessments, behavioral health and addiction services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Initial health assessments may include blood draws and relevant labs, pregnancy testing, screening for infectious diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis C, or other sexually-transmitted infections, and minor wound care. Licensed and experienced staff can administer immunizations, provide referrals to specialists, and coordinate care with primary physicians including referrals for dental, eye care, occupational or physical therapy, and educational needs.
