To help ensure comfort, all clients stay in private rooms and enjoy chef-prepared meals during their stay. Crestone’s continuum of care includes a detox and inpatient program. For those who decide to participate in Crestone’s inpatient program, 12-Step group meetings are held on-site as well as individual therapy focusing on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy. Yoga is offered onsite 5 days a week, providing clients the opportunity to experience the benefits of mindful movement.
