Off Main Clinic supports adults facing opioid addiction or severe alcoholism through a structured outpatient program. The facility offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with methadone, buprenorphine, or disulfiram, all supervised by medical professionals. The center combines personalized one-on-one counseling, regular risk assessments, and harm reduction education with case management to support housing, health care, and recovery planning. Walk-ins are welcomed daily at 9:00 AM, with no appointment needed. After a short screening, clients meet with a counselor to begin their treatment.
