Located just 2.5 miles off Interstate-295 near the Delaware Memorial Bridge, this nonprofit center offers outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient services, and sober living support for adults navigating substance use. Programs address recovery from opioids, alcohol, and other drugs, while also reaching underserved groups impacted by substance use related stigmas and health disparities related to race, gender, disability, sexual orientation, housing status.
Community Collaboration of Delaware uses evidence-based approaches like 12-Step facilitation, motivational interviewing (MI), and relapse prevention to support recovery goals.
