Clinton County Counseling Center

Just minutes from east–west Highway 21 and near the Clinton Northern Railway Museum, this center provides accessible outpatient treatment for youth and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders (SUD). Adult programs typically last six to twelve months. Families may benefit from in-home services through the Families Forward Program, which delivers personalized care to support lasting recovery and stability.
Clinton County Counseling Center follows a person-centered planning model, tailoring support through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused approaches. Adults may also receive Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), or health coaching to reduce emotional distress, build resilience, and help individuals adjust to life’s challenges.
