Located across Michigan Avenue from Millenium Park, Centers for Cognitive Wellness offers telehealth and in-person assessments and treatment for neurological disorders and mental health conditions including movement disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI), ADHD, long COVID, memory concerns, stroke, dementia, depression, anxiety, trauma, and caregiver stress.
