Capstone Wellness Vine + Root Counseling

Vine + Root Counseling, part of Capstone Wellness, offers Christ-centered counseling that helps families get the quality mental health and addiction treatment they need. They treat adolescents, young adults, and adults, and offer 1-on-1, couples, and family counseling. They treat a range of mental health and substance use disorders along with trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, attachment issues, and more. They also offer counseling for life transitions, parenting, and young adults struggling to transition into adulthood.
They use a Core-Systems Model, which avoids surface-level intervention and helps identify root causes for lasting healing. The Core-Systems Model is rooted in neurobiology, trauma theory, spiritual formation, and family systems, and addresses trauma, attachment wounds, and unhealed relational systems. By looking at the whole person, Capstone helps individuals replace unhealthy coping behaviors and walk away feeling restored.
Vine + Root Counseling offers custom therapy intensives that condense up to 6 months worth of outpatient therapy into a shorter, multi-day package. During these intensives, individuals have a designated therapist for the entire time. They customize modalities and experiences around clients' goals and equip individuals with tools for lasting change.
