Busara Recovery Home

Busara Recovery Home is a women’s only sober living home located in Dallas, Texas. Opened in 2019, they provide a positive and supportive environment for women on their recovery journey. Their 9-bed home is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance of public transportation, grocery stores, and yoga studios. Onsite, residents have access to a pool, outdoor patios, gardens, and a coffee bar.
While staying at Busara, they expect residents to actively participate in a 12-Step program, and attend meetings at least 4 times a week. Residents must also have a sponsor within 1 week of admission into the program. Residents must be employed, enrolled in an education program, or volunteering while in the home. Within the home, Busara offers a variety of activities to help foster connection and personal growth. Events include a weekly community dinner, daily meditation sessions, structured time for journaling and reflection, and a quarterly family weekend.
