Breakthrough Wellness Centre

Breakthrough Wellness Centre offers 3 varying levels of residential care, including a 21-day programme, a 60-day programme, and a 3 month program. Each program focuses on the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of each individual. Treatment includes individual counselling, group therapy, 12-Step support, and recreational activities.
The program offers a range of valuable aftercare, including bi-weekly Zoom aftercare meetings held on Mondays and Fridays, providing a consistent platform for continued connection and progress. Each participant also benefits from a personalized aftercare plan tailored to their specific needs, ensuring ongoing guidance and support. Additionally, Saturday alumni group meetings foster a sense of community and shared experiences, promoting further growth and stability in the recovery process.
