Better Balance Psychiatry

Located on St. George Boulevard with convenient access to I-75, Better Balance Psychiatry offers outpatient treatment for individuals of all ages with substance use and mental health concerns throughout southwest Utah. Most commercial insurance plans and Medicare are accepted.
The intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets 3 hours a day, 3 days a week, providing structured support that fits into clients' daily routines. The IOP combines group and individual therapy with medication management, helping clients to learn from others while exploring personalized solutions.
A team of psychiatrists, physician assistants, therapists, and psych techs provides medication management, individual, group, and family therapy, and psychiatric evaluations. Clients with treatment-resistant depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and other conditions may benefit from transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) or Spravato (ketamine therapy).
