Atlanta DBT Center

Atlanta DBT Center is an outpatient clinic specializing in using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to treat mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Their services are available on an outpatient basis, with more intensive options available in both an intensive outpatient program (IOP) and partial hospitalization program (PHP). Atlanta DBT Center’s treatment approach includes once weekly individual therapy sessions and group skills classes, with modules lasting 7 weeks each. Some of the skills classes are available via Zoom.
