Arcadia Counseling

Arcadia Counseling offers therapy and counseling services with a person-centered humanistic approach, which focuses on clients' strengths and growth. Therapists help clients explore the meaning of life and discover purpose by examining their beliefs, values, and emotions.
The center offers 1-on-1 counseling for children, teens, and adults, and also offer couples therapy where couples can identify patterns of communication, resolve conflict, and rebuild healthy intimacy. All therapists at Arcadia Counseling are trained to provide eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
