Amel Therapy Center

Set in the central-eastern part of Palm Beach County, Amel Therapy Center serves primarily Latin American patients struggling with alcohol or drug addiction with Spanish and English therapy. Their programs are accredited by the Joint Commission, the Florida Department of Children and Families, and the Florida Association of Recovery Residences.
Their outpatient program includes 30-day day treatment (PHP) and 30-90-day intensive outpatient (IOP) options. The PHP runs 5 times a week for 5 hours a day, while the IOP runs 3 times a week for 3 hours a day. Both programs include culturally aware 1-on-1 sessions to cover personal growth and coping strategies plus group therapy to connect with others facing similar challenges.
In addition to outpatient care, Amel Therapy Center has a sober living facility nearby with 24-hour supervision to help clients reintegrate into the community and prevent relapse.
