Altura Recovery

Located in Bellaire near Houston’s Greenway Plaza, Altura Recovery is an outpatient treatment center helping adults and teens recover from substance use disorders (SUD), trauma, anxiety, and depression through structured, evidence-based care. Their continuum includes partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), supportive outpatient, and general therapy, available in person and virtually.
