Dr. Alex Afram Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Alex Afram offers expert outpatient therapy using proven methods of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients uncover negative thought processes and beliefs. He offers individual, couples, and group counseling for various mental health concerns and also offers eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients heal from trauma.
Dr. Afram is collaborative in his approach and seeks to help clients feel seen and understood. He can offer insight from childhood experiences that may contribute to clients' current condition and help individuals learn new skills to effectively manage their symptoms whether that is outbursts from anger or triggers from being reminded of traumatic events.
