Adult and Teen Challenge Rochester Women’s Center

Adult & Teen Challenge at their Women's Center in Rochester offers both long-term faith-based rehabilitation and short-term licensed therapy. Most of their clients are from southeast Minnesota, and they assist these women in returning full and prepared to contribute in new ways to the Rochester community. Adult & Teen Challenge’s recovery program promotes hard work, giving back, and helping others. The institution has 74 beds for women who require assistance in achieving addiction independence, as well as a fully furnished exercise area, a playground for kids, a lovely chapel, and other amenities. Clients can participate in outdoor volleyball, gardening, games, and more. Some of their therapeutic approaches include group therapy, individual therapy, 12 Step curriculum, life skills training, family therapy, and psychoeducation.
