Adapt Programs Alvin

Throughout various locations in the Houston area, Adapt Programs provides multiple levels of outpatient detox and treatment programs for individuals struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. Their Alvin location offers assessments for substance abuse, an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults with substance abuse, and a program for addiction with co-occurring disorders.
IOP at Adapt Programs offers a structured program with individual, family and group therapy. Addiction education classes are available for patients and their families, in addition to relapse prevention groups and community recovery resources. Clients in IOP meet 3 nights per week for 4 hour sessions with trained addiction specialists.
Adapt helps clients reintegrate into daily life with personalized and detailed discharge planning. Community resources and on-going care plans are available for clients based on their specific circumstances and needs.
