Acenda Integrated Health (also called simply Acenda) is a nonprofit behavioral healthcare provider offering over 100 life-enhancing services throughout New Jersey. Acenda serves individuals of all ages, plus families. They specialize in serving at-risk individuals and families throughout New Jersey, including at this Gloucester County site with Genoa Healthcare. Acenda has accreditation from the Joint Commission and the state of New Jersey.
Their outpatient treatment, typically lasting 12-16 weeks, is open to anyone. For women, there is also a nearby building for residential treatment, which typically lasts 3-10 months. The residential treatment building, named Pettirosso, has staff on-site 24/7 to help women with medical and psychological concerns. After residential treatment, Acenda can treat clients with their "partial care" program that helps ladies transition from inpatient treatment to a less intense level of outpatient care in a safe manner.
