Acceptance Recovery Counseling

Acceptance Recovery Counseling offers outpatient care for individuals aged 13 and older, using a harm reduction approach and personalized treatment plans. Services are available in-office or via secure telehealth, with a focus on improving quality of life while addressing substance use and mental health concerns in a non-judgmental environment.
Services include substance use counseling, mental health therapy, and specialized treatments such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing to help reduce trauma-related cravings. The center also offers evaluations for legal and occupational needs, including assessments for operating while intoxicated cases and Department of Transportation requirements. Treatment plans address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders.
Licensed clinicians employ evidence-based approaches like motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and community reinforcement techniques.
