2nd Chance Mental Health Center

Located near the tranquil Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens and Oak Hammock Park, this outpatient center offers supportive care for adults facing mental health issues, substance use, or both. With outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and telehealth options, treatment is personalized and flexible.
